  • 中国 (PIPL): 我们严格遵守《个人信息保护法》。处理敏感信息将取得您的明示同意。 We strictly comply with the PIPL. Explicit consent will be obtained for processing sensitive information.

2. 输出内容的使用限制 | Restrictions on Output

  • 禁止转发 (Strict Restriction): 为保护隐私及防止模型被非法训练，未经许可，用户禁止将模型输出内容转发至其他用户或公开发布至互联网平台。 To protect privacy and prevent unauthorized model training, users are prohibited from forwarding output to other users or publishing it on internet platforms without prior consent.
  • 版权与所有权 (Copyright): 在法律允许的范围内，输出内容的知识产权归属应遵循所在地法律（如美国对AI生成物不予版权保护的判例，或中国关于AI生成内容的相关认定）。 To the extent permitted by law, intellectual property rights of the output shall be governed by local jurisdictions (e.g., U.S. Compendium of U.S. Copyright Office Practices, or relevant PRC regulations).

3. 账号管理 | Account Management

  • 禁止转让 (No Transfer): 禁止出售、出租、转让或赠与账号。违规者将被永久封禁且不予退费。 Selling, renting, transferring, or gifting accounts is strictly prohibited. Violators will face permanent bans without refund.

4. 用户引导与内容责任 | User Guidance & Content Liability

  • 用户引导原则 (User-Led Output): 用户承认LLM的输出本质上是由用户的“提示词”（Prompt）引导的。 Users acknowledge that LLM output is essentially guided by the user’s “prompts.”
  • 核查义务 (Duty to Verify): 鉴于模型可能产生“幻觉”或不准确信息，用户在使用信息前负有查验真伪的绝对义务。 Given the potential for “hallucinations” or inaccuracies, users have an absolute duty to verify information before reliance.
  • 合规责任 (Compliance):
    • 中国用户：不得利用本服务生成危害国家安全、传播虚假信息的内容。
    • EU Users: Users shall not use the service for “prohibited AI practices” as defined by the EU AI Act.
    • US Users: Users agree not to use the service to violate civil rights or engage in deceptive practices.

5. 免责与补偿 | Disclaimer & Indemnification

  • 免责声明 (Disclaimer): 平台对输出内容的准确性、合法性或适用性不作担保。 The Platform makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or fitness of the output.
  • 赔偿责任 (Indemnity): 若因用户过量请求（Abuse）或恶意使用导致平台遭受算力损失或法律制裁，用户应补偿平台遭受的所有损失。 Users shall indemnify the Platform for all losses (including computing costs or legal penalties) resulting from excessive requests (Abuse) or malicious usage.

  • No Warranty: The service is provided “as-is”. We are not liable for any “hallucinations,” offensive content, or technical errors generated by the underlying open-source models.

The platform utilizes open-source models and code (e.g., Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI) governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, CreativeML Open RAIL-M). 4.2. Creative Workflows & Prompts | 创意工作流与提示词

The specific Workflows, Custom Nodes, and System Prompts created by ClusterX.dev are the intellectual property of the Platform. 由 ClusterX.dev 创作的特定工作流（Workflows）、自定义节点以及系统提示词（System Prompts）属于平台知识产权。

4.3. Output Distribution & Mandatory Attribution | 输出分发与强制署名

5. Cookies & Third-Party Content | Cookies 和第三方内容

  • Cookies: We use cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days; “Remember Me” persists for two weeks.
  • Embedded Content: Articles may include embedded content (videos, images). These behave as if the visitor has visited the source website and may collect data or use tracking.

6. Your Rights & Data Retention
